The township reserves the right to schedule additional pickups in the event of severe storms.

2.   Brush and branches shall be organized neatly at the curbside in piles no higher than three feet with all cut ends of the brush and branches being placed in the same direction. If this rule is not followed, the township shall refuse pickup and the brush and branches shall be considered blight. Property owners shall be responsible for arrangement of private disposal.

6.   Small brush that is 1 inch in diameter may be tied into a 2 feet by 4 feet bundle. Brush that is less than 1 inch in diameter may be packaged in yard waste bags or barrels properly labeled "Yard Waste." This bundled and/or packaged brush may be set out for pickup on the township's regular trash day.

7.   This service shall not be used as a tree removal service and the township shall refuse pickup in instances of obvious abuse, which shall be considered blight.
