Voter Information
The new Michigan Voter Information Center (MVIC) is now available at www.michigan.gov/vote. Any person can go to this website and find information including registration status and a map and address for their polling location. The site also has other useful information pertaining to absentee voting, registering to vote, working at the polls and other election related topics.
You may access your information day or night, at your convenience.
Voter Registration
To be eligible to vote, a person must be at least 18 years of age on Election day or before, and registered to vote at least 30 days prior to an election in his or her jurisdiction of residence.
You may register to vote at a local Secretary of State office or the Carrollton Township Clerk's office. Address Change
You may change your address by filling out a new voter registration form at any of the above-mentioned agencies or at the Carrollton Township Clerk's office.
Lost Voter Registration Cards
A new card may be obtained from the Carrollton Township Clerk's office for a $2.00 fee.
